FamilyWize Prescription Drug Program

The United Way of Midland County recognizes how vitally important the health of our community is. Improving and promoting health and self-sufficiency continues to be two of our major focus areas.

We are pleased to be working with other local organizations and agencies in introducing and promoting the FamilyWize prescription drug discount program. These discount cards are offered free of charge to our community. There is no enrollment, paperwork or fee to use the program. You might even consider putting a FamilyWize card in the prescription bags of customers. If they don't have an immediate need, they may know someone who does.

Too many people have insufficient coverage, no prescription coverage, or need medications not covered by their insurance, Medicare, Medicaid or VA benefits. Even those with insurance have opportunities to benefit from using the card, including when certain drugs are excluded, when family members are not covered, or purchases made during a deductible period
